Url is a website address when you open the GVP file with notepad you will have a address inside it it is important to only copy and paste the address it self not the description or the download link for google player. when download is complete make sure you have Downloaded and Install Divx Player and Codec.

Example when you open this file up in notepad this is what you shall see:
